A $250.00 refundable damage deposit will be collected prior to your arrival, and it will be returned back to your account a few days after checkout, similar to what happens when you check into a hotel.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 70 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 70 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
