- Passes to gain access to the resort: A few days prior to arrival, a Guest Pass with the property address and e-code to open the front door will be e-mailed to you from Proptia. This is a Pre-Registration Form, with a link that can be used as an e-Pass on your mobile device, or you may print the Guest Pass out. In order to receive the passes to gain access to the resort you need to e-mail us the name and age of each staying at the house. Only the names of the guests on the list that you send us will be able to gain access to the house and resort.
- Check in is located at: Windsor Hills, 2600 Old Lake Wilson Road. Kissimmee FL. 34747 (Use this address for your GPS) Go to the left lane and present the E-pass to the guard with a VALID driver's license. You will be issued a paper pass for the duration of your stay.
- How do I access the facilities at Windsor Hills? Effectively immediately, all guests at Windsor Hills must obtain wristbands before using the community pool, hot tub, and water park. Wristbands are free to guests staying in the community and should be worn the length of your stay. You are welcome to attach them to a hat, shoe, bag, or cooler if you do not want to wear it for your entire stay. To get wristbands, just stop by the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse. Give the staff your name (or name of guest who booked the home) and the address of the home.
- Check in: is at 4 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can go to the clubhouse and enjoy the resort facilities.
- Check out: is at 10 am. Late check out it’ is not available. Before check-out, please throw out all remaining garbage in the brown plastic bin that looks like a bench located at the front door. You can leave all dishes at the dishwasher. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest! Please make sure all lights are off and you double check you have all of your belongings with you, as we are no responsible for any items left behind.

- Quiet Hours – 11.00 PM to 8.00 AM Resort Rules Properties found to be in violation of quiet hours, exhibiting excessive noise, unreasonably loud music or participating in lewd, lascivious or tumultuous behavior (verified by our staff) will be fined $100 per incident.
- Pool heat: Pool heat is recommended from October - April. This service is optional, and the rate is $20/nt. for the townhomes and $35/nt. plus tax for the 6-bedroom villas. Please let us know if you like to add this service.
- Pool service: Our pool company services and cleans the pool every Wednesday. Usually between 12 PM. to 5 PM. The pool needs to have no one in the pool during the service. We keep the temperature of our spa and pool at a comfortable 85°F. - 87°F. This is warm enough for comfortable swimming and lounging.
- Supplies: A starter of complementary toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags are provided for your initial convenience. We do not supply any food products to ensure no cross contamination between guests. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. Renters are then responsible to purchasing all further supplies required for the duration of their staying. For your convenience Walmart is only one block away from the resort.
- Garbage The garbage is collected every day before 10 AM. Leave the garbage outside in the plastic trash bin, only use a 13-gallon plastic bag. We suggest that you bring the garbage bags for the time of your stay since we only supply for the beginning of your stay.
- How many cars can home driveways accommodate? (6-bedroom homes only) Driveways in the homes fit up to three cars. See the picture below of how to park.
- How many cars can town home driveways accommodate? Driveways in the town homes fit up to one car. There are additional parking areas within the town home section of the resort for extra vehicles. Each address is restricted to three cars per property. Thank you for your cooperation with the Windsor Hills parking rules.

Rest assured; our properties are meticulously cleaned by a professional cleaning company that strictly adheres to the latest safety protocols. Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities, and we take every precaution to ensure a clean and safe environment for your stay.
Pest Control:
We partner with Massey, a reputable pest control service, to maintain a pest-free environment. They visit our properties monthly, using effective treatments to address the various pests commonly found in Florida. Your peace of mind is our concern.

Resort Information:
- What are the community pool and hot tub opening hours? 8am until 10pm (excluding any unforeseen closures due to maintenance or bad weather).
- What are the water slide opening hours? April 1st thru September 30th from 10am until 8pm. October 1st thru March 31st 10am until 6pm.

- Is the community pool heated in winter? The community pool is heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter.
- What hours is the gym open? The Gym hours are 6.30am until 10pm.
- Are there barbecue areas on the site? Yes, they are located by the tennis courts. You can use coals if you wish. If you wish to rent a barbecue stop by the resort management office for a list of vendors.
- Are there showers and toilets at the club house and pools? Yes.
- Are guests allowed to receive grocery deliveries to their rental property? Deliveries to guests are allowed as long as they have (1) a valid driver's license (2) know the correct address in the resort.
- Are Uber/Lyft/taxis permitted to pick up guests from their rental property? This is fine if you notify security in advance and ensure the driver has your details including address of stay.
- Does the resort allow Amazon deliveries to rental properties? Amazon themselves come into the community several times a day to make deliveries.
