There are no resort fees or parking fees.

Pool heat is $35 per night plus tax. This service is only recommended from October to March 31st. This service is optional during these months, and if you want to add this service you have to request at least one week prior to arrival.
The community pool is heated at no extra cost.

A $300.00 refundable damage deposit will be collected one week prior to your arrival, and it will be returned back to your account a few days after checkout, similar to what happens when you check into a hotel.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 70 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 70 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
